casapetito.it is owned by Casa Petito. All content - text, images and graphics - is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission. The site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a booking contract.
Availability and bookings
Availability and prices shown on the site are indicative. Booking confirmation takes place exclusively via WhatsApp, by direct agreement between the guest and the host. No payments are processed through the website.
House rules
By confirming a booking, guests accept the House Rules available on the dedicated page. In the event of a violation, the host reserves the right to end the stay without a refund.
Limitation of liability
Casa Petito is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the stay, nor for interruptions to external services (internet, electricity, water). In any case, maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, unless mandatory consumer protection law applies.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance.
