House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to read and follow the rules below. For any questions, we are available on WhatsApp.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm. For arrivals outside this window, please contact us via WhatsApp in advance. Check-out must take place by 11 am. Late luggage storage is not guaranteed.
Maximum capacity
The house accommodates up to 7 guests. Additional guests beyond the original booking are not permitted without prior agreement with the host.
Noise and events
Parties, events or loud gatherings are not permitted at any time. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Music and television should be kept at a moderate volume out of respect for neighbours.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. A dedicated outdoor area is available. A deep-cleaning fee may be charged in case of violation.
Pets
Pets are not permitted by default. An exception may be requested by contacting the host before booking. An additional security deposit may be required if approved.
Accessibility
The house spans multiple levels with internal stairs. It is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or those requiring step-free access. Please contact us with any specific requirements before booking.
Kitchen, cleaning and recycling
Please leave the kitchen tidy after use. Waste must be separated according to the instructions posted in the property. Collection days are indicated in the printed guide provided for guests.
Damage and liability
Any damage caused by guests will be charged at the end of the stay. Please report any damage or issue promptly so we can address it.
